Douglas G Kirby
Born in Muncie, he attended Muncie Schools and graduated from Southside High School in 1980.
He was a former employee of the Flamingo Restaurant.
Survivors include his parents, Henry and Darlene Kirby of Muncie, two sisters, Mrs. Richard (Tamara)Burton and Nancy Kirby both of Muncie, his grandparents, Mrs Mattie Kirby, Henry and Evelyn Kirby and Wanita Dixon all of Muncie. Clarence and Geneva DeWitt of Colorado Springs, Colo, and Art Swift of Gaston, and two nephews.
Services will be at 3 p.m Wednesday in Parson Mortuary Adams Street Chapel. Burial will in Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends at the mortuary 2 hours prior to services.
