Jeffrey E. Piercy 57, of New Castle passed away Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at I.U Ball Memorial Hospital.

He was born August 30, 1959 in New Castle the son of Paul Sr. (passed away 2004) and Hilda Cox Dalton. He was a 1977 graduate of New Castle Chrysler High School and 1985 graduate of Amber's Beauty College. Jeffrey worked as a cosmetologist for 30 years. He love to read non fictional books, music, joking around, time with his family, loved his job, helping people and was very artistic.

Survivors include his mother Hilda Dalton (step father Horace), brother Paul Piercy, sister Kimberly Piercy, nephews Michael Piercy. Loved spending time with family and friends, also has several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Preceded in death by his father Paul Piercy Sr., 2004, half sister Darlene Grahm, nephew Brandon Piercy, Susie Morgan, Leslie Cox, Charlie and Addie Piercy – grandparents.
