My Mom's Baked Corn
3 cans of creamed corn
2 large eggs
1/2 C milk
2 sleeves (1/2 box) of saltine crackers, crushed (should be cake batter consistency)
Pats of butter on top (about 1/2 a stick total)
Bake in 2qt or larger baking dish at 350 until set
This is all the information I have and since my mother is no longer with us this is all I can offer.
I will make this one day and see if I can add any missing information.
